How do credits work?
One credit covers 100 words of text or document checking. An image scan costs 5 credits and a video scan 25 credits. Plan credits refresh monthly; one-time pack credits never expire.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are managed through Polar, our merchant of record — cancel in one click from the customer portal and you keep access until the period ends. No cancellation fees.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can top up with a one-time credit pack ($9 for 2,500 or $29 for 10,000 credits) without changing your plan, or upgrade for a bigger monthly allowance.
Do you offer refunds?
If something went wrong with your purchase, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right — see our refund policy for details.
Is there a free trial of paid features?
The free plan is the trial — it includes the full multi-engine analysis and PDF reports with 300 monthly credits, so you can evaluate real output quality before paying.
