Terms of Service

1. The service

AI Detector 360 ("the Service"), operated by BUBIAPPS Bilgi Teknolojileri Arge Ltd. Şti., provides probabilistic analysis that estimates whether submitted content was generated by AI. Results are statistical estimates provided for informational purposes.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Minimum age: 16, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable use

  • Submit only content you have the right to analyze.
  • No attempts to overload, reverse-engineer or scrape the Service.
  • No use of results as the sole basis for adverse decisions against individuals (academic penalties, termination, legal action). Results are evidence to be weighed by humans, not verdicts.
  • No reselling of scan capacity without a written agreement.

4. Credits & billing

Paid plans and credit packs are sold by Polar as merchant of record. Plan credits reset monthly and do not roll over; pack credits do not expire. Credits are consumed per scan (1 credit/100 words of text; 5/image; 25/video) and automatically refunded when a scan fails.

5. Disclaimers

No detector is fully accurate. The Service produces false positives and false negatives. We disclaim any warranty that results are error-free or fit for a particular purpose. The Service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including decisions made by third parties based on results.

7. Content ownership

You retain all rights to content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service. Reports generated for you are yours.

8. Termination

You may close your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with refund of unused paid credits where legally required.

9. Changes & law

We may update these terms with notice for material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your residence.
