Refund Policy

We'd rather fix your problem than keep your money. Payments are processed by Polar as merchant of record; refunds are issued through them.
Subscriptions
- First purchase: full refund within 14 days if you've used less than 20% of the monthly credits — no questions asked.
- Renewals: refundable within 7 days of the charge if the new period's credits are substantially unused. Forgot to cancel? That's exactly this case — write to us.
- Canceling stops future charges and keeps access until the period ends.
Credit packs
One-time packs are refundable within 14 days if unused. Partially used packs are refunded pro-rata at our discretion.
Failed scans
Credits for failed scans are refunded automatically and instantly — no request needed.
How to request
Email [email protected] from your account address with the order ID (in your Polar receipt). We respond within 2 business days; approved refunds reach your card in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Exceptions
We may decline refunds in cases of abuse (repeated purchase-refund cycles, terms violations). Statutory consumer rights in your jurisdiction are always honored.
