• Anonymous free scans are not stored — we log only the score, a hashed IP for rate limiting, and timestamps.
• Account scans (content, results, reports) are stored privately in your account so you can access history; delete them anytime.
• We never sell your content and never use it to train third-party AI models.
• Text/media sent to detection engines is processed by us and, for account scans, by vetted detection API providers under their no-training API terms.
• Payments are handled by Polar (merchant of record) — we never see your card details.

1. Who we are

AI Detector 360 is operated by BUBIAPPS Bilgi Teknolojileri Arge Ltd. Şti. ("we"). Contact: [email protected].

2. Data we collect

Account data: email, name (optional), hashed password, plan and credit history.

Scan data (signed-in users): the content you submit, analysis results, and generated PDF reports — retained until you delete them or your account. Uploaded media files are automatically purged from storage after 7 days; results and reports remain.

Anonymous free scans: the text is processed in memory and discarded; we keep only the numeric score, verdict, a salted hash of your IP (abuse prevention) and timestamp.

Technical data: standard server logs and, if enabled, privacy-respecting analytics (page views, referrers).

3. How scan content is processed

Account scans may be analyzed by third-party detection engines (e.g. AI or Not, Sightengine) strictly to produce your result, under API terms that prohibit using submissions to train their models. Our built-in statistical engine and provenance inspector run entirely on our servers.

4. What we never do

• Sell or rent your content or personal data.
• Share scan results with schools, employers or any institution.
• Use your submissions to train AI models, ours or anyone's.

5. Payments

Purchases are processed by Polar Software Inc. as merchant of record. We receive order metadata (product, amount, status) but never your payment credentials. See Polar's privacy policy for their processing.

6. Cookies

The app uses a strictly necessary session cookie for authentication. The marketing site sets analytics cookies only if analytics is enabled for your region.

7. Retention & deletion

Delete individual scans anytime; deleting your account erases your profile, scans, reports and credit history within 30 days of backups cycling. Email [email protected] for data export or deletion requests.

8. Legal bases & your rights (GDPR/CCPA)

We process data to perform our contract with you, for legitimate interests (abuse prevention), and with consent where required. You may access, correct, export or erase your data, and object to processing, by contacting [email protected].
